RAF CRANWELL - KENDO

Another Taiseidokai member is preparing to register a new dojo with the BKA. However, this link comes from an unusual source, namely the Royal Air Force, based at the Royal Air Force Officer College, Lincoln.
Last year Donnie Gordon, BKA Health & Safety Adviser and Taiseidokai member, was approached by the Royal Air Force and asked to form a club. Since then Donnie has traveled to Lincoln to support the monthly seminar.
Donnie said, ‘We have a challenge, in that our members are sent off to other parts of the world at short notice (hence some missing faces). This is part of the job and it has not deterred us. I have received strong support from Gerry Kincaid and the BKA, which has helped the dojo to thrive - I appreciate this help very much and at present, we are preparing to enter competitions.
