Ken (sword) do (way) is a full contact martial art based on the principles of Japanese Sword fighting and is akin to Western Fencing. For more information please click on the What is Kendo button.
Taiseidokai is a member of the British Kendo Association which is a member of the European Kendo Federation and the International Kendo Federation.
